Noting I get a $5 coupon for the review, I genuinely do think it was a great service.
Dispatch time was quick, delivery as well.
The price was cheaper than getting it from Aliexpress which is unusual as well (in a good way!).
I haven't had any issues so I can't comment on response in the event of damage or anything.

Decent sound quality although took 2 weeks to get from Melbourne to Sydney

Hi Lok-Hun, thanks for your feedback. I have checked on this one for you just now and can see from the tracking notes that they attempted delivery but a safe place was not available to leave parce so they rescheduled delivery. Im sorry you were unable to get your IEM sooner.
