I bought the P50 to power an E30 DAC bought at the same time, because I have not had a good sonic outcome with previous USB DACs using either a switched or the computer USB 5V supplies.
The result is excellent and a very noticeable improvement - a silent dark background, with a warm presentation without sacrificing resolution.
A bonus for me is the 15V output, which is ideal for powering my active crossover; I don't know of any other uses for 15V but the crossover loves it.

This little diamond lifted my dac off of the floor, I was using a Samsung phone charger which, while it ran my dac, didn't seem much of an improvement over the internal dac in my older Denon cd player. When I powered my dac with this, the whole sound stage opened up revealing what I've been missing for a long time, encouraging me to make other enhancements like getting those speakers off the floor etc. The Topping P50 is a great addition to my system. The team at the Audiophile Store were quick to send this out and I have been back there already for more. What more can I say?
