Stock & Shipping Information

  • All stock is located and shipped from our Melbourne warehouse.
  • Free Standard Shipping Australia-wide, with optional Express Post available at checkout.
  • International Express Air Shipping includes all duties and taxes.
  • All purchases are covered by our Local Australian Warranty.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Optional Express Post and same-day dispatch services are available at checkout.

  • Orders are dispatched within 1-72 hours of purchase unless specified as pre-order or otherwise noted in the product description.
  • You will immediately receive an order confirmation and  tax invoice upon purchase, followed by tracking details via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
  • Standard Australia Post delivery times apply, with Express Post orders prioritized.

Important Key Details:

  1. Ensure the delivery address is accurate and includes clear instructions for couriers, such as where to safely leave items in your absence. 
  2. Delays may occur due to:
    • Incorrect or incomplete address details (we will contact you to resolve this).
    • Custom or specialty items requiring additional preparation time (you will be notified in advance).
    • Security checks conducted by our payment system for fraud prevention.

If stock is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you promptly with options, including an immediate full refund if requested.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Express Air Shipping, with estimated delivery times of 5–18 business days.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
  • All customs duties and taxes are fully covered by us, ensuring a hassle-free international experience.

Warranty Policy

All purchases are covered by our Local Australian Warranty, compliant with the Australian Consumer Guarantee (ACCC).

Warranty Features:

  • Products are sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized Australian distributors.
  • Repairs and warranty claims are handled locally for your convenience.
  • Warranty periods are determined based on product category and reasonable use as defined by ACCC guidelines.

Manufacturer’s Extended Warranty:
If a manufacturer’s warranty extends beyond our coverage, we will assist in facilitating claims or repairs in line with their terms and conditions.

Returns Policy

If your item has a manufacturing fault or defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at Info@audiophileshop.com.au, including your order number and “Defective Item” in the subject line.
  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with any supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
  3. We will review your claim and contact you to resolve the issue or arrange a return if necessary.

Return Process:

  • We will provide a return authorization form, which must be included in the package.
  • Items must be securely packaged using a trackable shipping method with insurance coverage to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  • Items that do not meet our return criteria may be returned to the sender at their expense.

Important Notes:

  • Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind reasons once the package has been opened.
  • Replacement items will be shipped after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refund Policy

  • Before Shipment: Orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable transaction fees.
  • After Shipment: Refunds are not available for items already shipped.

Sales & Promotions

Promotional discounts apply only to orders placed during the sale period.

  • Orders placed before a promotional event are not eligible for retroactive discounts.
  • We reserve the right to decline cancellations or refunds intended to claim sale pricing.
