I ordered and received without delay, a gustard u18 and x16 dac. I had a few questions before my order and received fantastic service over the phone. The items where exactly what I needed and wasn’t “up sold” or told the usual “BS” you get in so called “high end” hi fi stores. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase to use this store. Where else can you get the latest goodies at a very competitive price from China or other countries without the usual extended wait? It’s a no brainer.
Also I took the time to read a few reviews about petty complaints on this site before my purchase . I would ignore them, and perhaps do what normal people do before making a purchase. Make a call and speak to human being working in the store. It’s what people who don’t hide behind keyboards and rag on other do. Sorry for that but it drives me crazy 😜 😂
