Every product sold at Audiophile Shop Australia is backed by a local Australian warranty and fully complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACCC).

All items are sourced from official manufacturers or authorised distributors.

Warranty claims are handled locally — no need to ship anything overseas.

Coverage is based on product category and normal usage.

If a product comes with an extended manufacturer warranty, we’re happy to help coordinate any claims.
We take after-sales support seriously. All warranty matters are managed in-house — we will never redirect you to overseas suppliers. If a case requires technical clarity, we’ll share photos or videos with our supplier’s engineering team to ensure the right outcome.
If a replacement is needed, we’ll dispatch it immediately from local stock, then handle return logistics afterward. Our goal is always a fast, frictionless experience for you.

Returns for Faulty Items
Think your product is faulty? We’ll sort it out quickly:

Email us at info@audiophileshop.com.au with your order number and “Defective Item” in the subject.

Include a clear description of the issue, along with supporting images or video.

Our team will assess and guide you through the next steps.
Return Procedure

If a return is approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorisation (RA) Form — this must be included in the return package.

Returns must be sent via a trackable, insured method with secure packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement as required.
Important Notes:

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once an item has been opened.
- Shipping to the Warranty department will be organized and paid by the customer.

Items that don’t meet return criteria may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Replacements ship only after the faulty item is returned and inspected.
Refund Policy

Before Dispatch: Cancelled orders receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable transaction fees (e.g. PayPal, Afterpay or card fees).

After Dispatch: Refunds are not available unless the item is faulty.
