More details appeared after switching to this power connector, upgraded from a wattgate; on a 300w integrated amp.

I am upgrading my DYI power cables and decided to try a couple of Furutech FI-AU3112-N1 (R) in my setup. The PC cabling is all Belden 19364.
The quality of the new connectors is obvious, they are also approved for use in Australia, and they are easy to wire up (please note the disclaimer that this should be done by an electrician…).
SQ wise they extracted more detail from the system (Auralic Altair G1 streamer/dac, Kinki Studio EX- M1 integrated amp, PMC twenty5.21 speakers with a REL T/7i sub) and seemed to provide a lower noise floor, especially after they settled down a bit with continuous use.
I think adding them has exposed some of the less desirable traits of the Belden 19364 cabling, though, and I'm thinking of upgrading to Furutech FP-TCS21 cabling for, hopefully, a smoother, more refined synergy.
PS. The accompanying IEC'S were Furutech FI-15 Plus Rhodiums.
Highly recommended on the proviso that your cabling is up to the task 🙂.
