Each silver conductor undergoes several treatment and polishing processes to ensure surface is free from imperfections before being placed into individual oversize PTFE Teflon® air-tubes, foamed PE is injected to 3 support sections keeping conductors dead centre and securing for vibration resonance control and maintaining consistent electrical properties, helping to tune each pair with identical electrical values
